GENERAL WARRANTY

Labor Warranty: When Power Plus Electrical Service, Inc. (called “Power Plus”) has provided installation labor at your home or place of business, excluding Load Centers, we will provide labor to repair or replace all or any part of the non-Load Center installation which fails as a result of improper installation, subject to the time limitations set out below. This warranty provides for labor only.

This Warranty shall remain effective for a consecutive five-year period for residential work and a one-year period for commercial work, with the first day being the date we finished the installation.

Parts Warranty

When Power Plus has installed any electrical parts or materials at your home or place of business we will repair or replace, at our sole and absolute discretion, all or any part or materials which fail as a result of defects in workmanship for a five-year period for residential and a one-year period for commercial, beginning on the day we installed any parts or materials which are found to be defective.

For both warranties above, all necessary warranty services shall be provided during normal business hours, generally non-holiday Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Load Center Warranty

When Power Plus Electrical Service, Inc. (called “Power Plus”) has installed a Load Center (commonly called “Circuit Breaker Panel”) at your home or place of business, we will repair or replace, at our sole and absolute discretion, all or any part of the Load Center which fails as a result of defects in materials, workmanship or installation labor, subject to the time limitations set out below. This warranty provides for all labor and materials.

This Warranty shall remain effective for a consecutive ten-year period for residential work and a one-year period for commercial work, with the first day being the date we finished the Load Center installation.
All necessary warranty services shall be provided during normal business hours, generally non-holiday Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Exclusions For Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage caused directly or indirectly by exterior forces such as (but not limited to) fire, wind, flood, lightning, storms or other Acts of God, or vandalism, tampering, neglect or other intentional or unintentional causes of damage. Modifications, additions, removal or change of materials, or other changes made to any part of the structure’s electrical system, or supporting electrical service, or use or misuse of the electrical system beyond or inconsistent with its intended purpose, without our express written consent of Power Plus voids this warranty. Lamps, bulbs, motion flood lights and generators are excluded.
