We have five factory trained Generac generator technician, one trained by Briggs and Stratton and 2 factory trained by Kohler.
The company started in 1990 with an emphasis on quality workmanship, code compliance, safety, and a strong belief in treating our customers and their homes with respect and honesty. You, the customer, are very important to us, because without you we wouldn't be in business!
We hope you will give us the opportunity to help with your generator and electrical needs. Whether installing a home standby generator or troubleshooting a receptacle that doesn’t work, we have a no job too small policy, so please call us with any minor or major problem.

Jeff Cox
Owner & Operator
... has 40 years experience as an electrician and is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Electrical Contractors with an unlimited license classification. As the owner of Power Plus Electrical Service, Jeff endeavors to offer the best in residential electrical services to his customers. He is married to Donna, and they have five children.
Donna Cox
Office Administrator
... is Jeff’s wife and receives all the perks and benefits of such a lofty position! Donna is our office administrator and does the bookkeeping for the company.
Steven Melton
Sales & Project Manager
Steven has grown up in the Asheville area and has over 30 years of experience in the electrical trade. He enjoys motorcycle rides on the Blue Ridge Parkway and spending time with family. Customer service is a top priority with Steven. Steven's responsibilities are sales, estimating and project management. Steven is Generac trained and certified.
Edgar Montiel
Technician
Edgar has been with us since July 2020. We are proud to have Edgar on our team.
Caleb Demery
Technician
Caleb is Generac Certified & Trained. He grew up in Canton, NC and enjoys fishing, hiking, video games and hanging out with friends. Caleb is Generac trained and certified.
Jassim Cox
Technician
Jassim has been an electrician since June of 2020. He enjoys hiking and forging in these mountains whenever he can. Jassim is Generac trained and certified.
Sam Williams
Technician
From Indiana, years of trade experience. Enjoys outdoor activities, and building things. We are glad to have Sam on our team. Sam is Generac trained and certified.
Aiden Jones
Apprentice
Aiden joins us as an apprentice. He is learning quickly with great potential. Aiden is Generac trained and certified.
Jacob Ervin
Apprentice
Originally from Kentucky, Jacob moved to Asheville after getting out of the military. Jacob was in the Navy and a part of a group called the Navy SeaBees. We are proud to have Jacob on our team.
Melea Wilson
Office Administrator
Melea is from Morganton/Hickory, NC, and moved to the Asheville area about two years ago to be with her fiance & begin their life adventure together. She has two teenage boys, three bonus children, and two bonus grandchildren. Melea enjoys mini-vacations to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, as well as the beach, as much as possible. On the weekends, you'll find Melea on the back of a Harley, riding the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, or spending time with family & friends.
